Ranfurly Manor actively encourages family/whānau, friends and community volunteers to be part of events and the lives of residents. We create a genuinely caring quality community for residents, their family/whānau and friends.
Care Suites
Our care suites allow you to live your life in your own way in a safe, friendly community.
You can live independently or with flexible support packages that will enable you to continue living in your care suite up to Hospital and Palliative level care.
Our care suites are one or two double bedrooms with a private lounge, en-suite, and kitchenette, to suit married couples or partners, siblings or good friends.
Care suites are joined to shared household living, dining, and outdoor areas, where you can enjoy the company of other residents or take some time out for yourself.
Residents of our Care Suites enter into an Occupation Right Agreement (ORA), whereby you purchase the rights to live in that apartment.
Prices range from $155,000 to $195, 000 for a one bedroom and $230,000 for a two bedroom. There is a monthly maintenance fee, which includes your lawns, gardens, and any maintenance work. Rates and Building Insurance are paid by Ranfurly Manor.
