Qualifications and Experience
New Zealand Diploma in Business or similar
Experience in a similar role and demonstration of appropriate skills, knowledge and experience in a similar environment.
Competent computer and IT literacy skills, full office suite of programmes; Word, Excel and Xero
Full NZ Driver’s License and ability to drive company vehicles as required.
Skills, knowledge and abilities
Enjoy working with older people and their family/whānau.
Contributes positively to the culture at the Facility.
Understands information relating to a resident, other staff or Care Home business is treated as confidential.
Staff supervision with ability to recruit, train and motivate.
Good problem solving and analytical skills.
A high standard of personal integrity, discretion and tact, maintaining confidentiality.
Good negotiation skills.
Ability to handle pressure.
Aptitude for identifying opportunities for improving performance.
Excellent communicator (at all levels).
Team player.
